The petition can be disposed of in terms of interim order dated 27.02.2016. The order inter alia directs the official respondents to take appropriate action in the event of the private respondents having indulged or continuing to indulge in illegal mining. The order also restrains the private respondents from carrying on illegal mining.
The petition is, therefore, disposed of in terms of the order dated 27.02.2016.
The petitioner is always at liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings for compelling the official respondents to take action in accordance with law not only against the private respondents but PARKASH CHAND 2016.03.11 10:25 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
