Present second petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.6 dated 05.01.2023, under Sections 20 & 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Mahesh Nagar, District Ambala, Haryana. 2.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, wishes to withdraw the present petition, at this stage. 3.
