The petitioner prays for quashing of FIR No.246 dated 08.06.2019 registered at Police Station Sector 50, Gurugram for offences punishable under Sections 323, 506 of Indian Penal Code and subsequent proceedings emanating therefrom.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the dispute between the parties was settled and a cancellation report in respect of the aforesaid FIR was submitted before the trial Court which has not taken a final decision thereupon.

Mr.Sukhdeep Parmar, DAG Haryana admits to the above contention raised on behalf of the petitioner. In view of the fact that the investigating agency has already filed a cancellation report the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to take a final decision in the matter with regard to the RAVINDER SINGH 2020.11.26 07:34 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-38464-2020 filed cancellation report submitted by the police within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.

In the meantime the investigating agency shall not take any coercive steps against the petitioner.
