(ORAL) On being pointed out by the learned State counsel that The Punjab Adhoc, Contractual, Daily Wage, Temporary, Work Charged and Outsourced Employees Welfare Act, 2016 (hereinafter referred as '2016 Act'), is already under challenge before this Court and the respondents have already issued the instructions that no action be taken under 2016 Act, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition, at this stage, with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action after the adjudication upon 2016 Act by this Court in case the petitioner still has a right under 2016 Act for the regularization of his services.

Ordered accordingly.
