In the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents for not sending the petitioner for Lower School Course, 2024, as the petitioner has given his unwillingness to undergo the said course. 2.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that similar issue has already been decided by this Court vide judgment dated 10.03.2026 passed in CWP-7040-2026 titled as 'EHC Kaaraj Singh and others Vs. State of Haryana and others'.
