(oral) Counsel for the petitioner has admitted that the impugned order has been passed under Section 10(1) of the Haryana School Education Act, 1995 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act'), which is appealable under Section 10(4) of the Act. He prays for permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appeal under Section 10(4) of the Act. However, it is submitted that in case the appeal is filed within a week, the Appellate Authority may be directed to decide the same at the earliest or within some prescribed time.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and keeping in view the facts and circumstances, this petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file appeal under Section 10(4) of the Act.
