(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of appropriate directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life and personal liberty of the petitioner and her family members from the hands of respondent No.4. 2.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed representation dated 24.05.2025 (Annexure P-2) before respondent No.2 raising her grievances as mentioned in the present petition but the same has not yet been considered and no action has been taken thereupon. At this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied if, appropriate directions are issued to respondent No.2, to consider and decide the aforesaid representation filed by the petitioner in a time bound manner. 3.
Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Rahil Mahajan, Addl. In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner and without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of at this stage with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the aforesaid representation dated 24.05.2025 (Annexure P-2) of the petitioners expeditiously, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law. 6.
Needless to say, if any threat perception is found to the petitioner(s), the official respondents would provide her adequate security in order to protect her life and liberty.
Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
