*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (oral) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of direction to the respondents to allot residential unit to the petitioners as per the Ashiana Scheme.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the bio-metric survey of the slum area, where the petitioners are residing, was carried out but in spite of having all details and survey conducted, no action has been taken so far. The petitioners also moved representation dated 05.08.2019 (Annexure P-3) but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioners would be satisfied in case, directions are issued by this Court to take action on the pending representation (Annexure P-3) in accordance with the policy and law applicable. Keeping in view the limited prayer of the petitioners and by considering that the representation is still pending, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation dated 05.08.2019 (Annexure P-3) in accordance with the NEETU RANI 2019.09.11 12:48 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document High Court Chandigarh
