HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J The grievance of the petitioner primarily is that he has not been allotted alternative plot in lieu of residential plot No.2272-P, Sector 2, Palwal measuring 14 Marla, which was earlier allotted to him vide allotment letter dated 10.11.2016 (P.1) despite having paid all the installments in this regard.

In this petition, she has impugned speaking order dated 27.07.2022 (P.11) whereby she has been asked to apply for allotment of alternative plot on the website, in terms of Policy dated 15.11.2021 issued by the respondent-HSVP.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would apply on the portal, in terms of Policy dated 15.11.2021. Mr. Sabherwal, learned counsel for the respondents-HSVP has not disputed that the petitioner is entitled to an alternative plot.
