**** %  (( * $   Present Civil Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for quashing the action of the respondents vide which the petitioner has been directed to give personal information of 3rd party and other information time and again which was already supplied to the private respondent no.4 many times and thus against the mandatory provision of Right to Information Act 2005; for staying to provide the information to private respondent no.4 or other person which has already been supplied, during the pendency of the writ petition. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise his grievance before respondent no.1.
