Mr. Mohit Garg, Advocate for the petitioner.

This case has been taken up through Video Conferencing via Webex facility in the light of Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

Mr. Mohit Garg, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of the petitioner. He contends that there are chances of settlement inter-se the parties. Issue notice on the limited aspect of exploring the feasibility of a settlement between the parties, returnable for 27.01.2021.

Learned counsel for respondent No.8 has submitted that there is no possibility of compromise and at any rate, the petitioner has not made any offer, which is acceptable to respondent No.8. 3.

None has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. None had appeared on behalf of the petitioner on the last date also to rebut the said aspect.

Accordingly, the revision petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same in case he wants to pursue the present case, by giving specific details of his offer for the purpose of compromise. 5.
