RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) This is the second petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.212, dated 27.04.2023, under Section 24 of the Immigration Act and Sections 406 and 420 IPC, registered at Police Station Sector 32-33 City, District Karnal. It has been fairly contended by counsel for the petitioner that after dismissal of the petition, the petitioner approached the Hon'ble Supreme Court as well for getting the anticipatory bail but Hon'ble Supreme Court was pleased to dismiss the same.

Earlier petition bearing CRM-M-30077-2023 filed by the petitioner was dismissed vide order dated 09.06.2023. Thereafter the petitioner went to the Hon'ble Supreme Court where his prayer was declined vide order dated 21.07.023 passed in SLA(Crl.) No.7931 of 2023. Second petition for anticipatory bail on the same ground is not maintainable, especially when the Hon'ble Supreme Court already declined it.

Dismissed.
