**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.8 dated 21.01.2018, registered under Section 21 of the NDPS Act, at Police Station Lohian, District Jalandhar. At the outset, learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Balwinder Singh, submits that the petitioner stands acquitted vide judgment dated 05.06.2023 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jalandhar. Thus, the present petition has become infructuous. Dismissed as having become infructuous.
