The present petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of the private respondents No. 4 to 6.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner contends that the private respondents have left the locality and as such, the apprehensions of danger with respect to their life and liberty is sufficiently diluted. He thus does not press the instant petition at this stage with liberty to file a fresh petition on a similar cause as and when any such cause of action accrues.
