The petitioner prays for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 to 4 to trace Fatima, the detenue who was alleged to be in illegal custody of respondents No. 5 to 12.

In response to the notice, affidavit of Sh. Harinder Kumar, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Headquarter, Nuh has been filed by the learned State counsel while disclosing that Fatima is residing with the petitioner after having got married. The custody of Fatima has been handed over to the petitioner on 15.06.2025.

In view of the aforesaid affidavit, the cause for filing the present petition does not survive.

Hence, the present petition is disposed of.
