(Oral) The challenge in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is to the notifications issued under Section 4 & 6 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (in short 'the Act'), dated 18.12.2008 (Annexure P-1) and 17.12.2009 (Annexure P-2), respectively. A further prayer for quashing of order dated 01.05.2015 (Annexure P-6) has also been made.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition. 3.
