In view of the aforesaid letter, writ petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment rendered by a coordinate Bench of this Court passed in CWP No. 8604 of 2007 decided on 09.09.2010 titled as "Dr. Surinder Kumar Mishra and others Vs. State of Haryana and another" contained at Annexure P-3.
