The petitioners, who are apprehending threat to their life because one constableAshok/respondent No.7 is pressurizing them to enter into compromise and the said Ashok is friend of SHO Rajdeep Singh and Sanjeev Mahajan, who are main accused, have come up before this Court by filing the present petition seeking protection. 2.
Notices served upon the official respondents through the State's counsel. Given the nature of the order that this Court proposes to pass, neither the response of official respondents nor the issuance of notices to the private respondents is required. 3.
On instructions from ASI Parminder Singh, counsel for the State submits that statement of petitioners have already been recorded and now there is no threat to life of the petitioners.

Counsel for the petitioners on a query from this Court, submits that last time threat was given on 05.07.2024.

Given above, let the facts of this petition be brought to the notice of concerned Senior Superintendent of Police to take call upon the same in accordance with law.
