Present writ petition has been filed by petitioner-Narender Tyagi, who is a complainant in the matter and on his complaint, the matter was looked into and respondent No.2-Deputy Commissioner, Panipat passed order 11.01.2018 (Annexure P4). Respondent No.3-Sheetal Devi, Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat Palheri, Tehsil and District Panipat filed an appeal against the order dated 11.01.2018 (Annexure P4) before the Appellate Authority, who decided the same vide impugned order dated 03.04.2018 (Annexure P5) giving directions to hold further inquiry. At this stage, grievance of the petitioner is to the extent that in the inquiry, no time frame has been given to the Inquiry Officer and his grievance would be redressed only if some time frame is fixed for holding the inquiry as per the impugned order dated 03.04.2018 (Annexure P5) passed by the Appellate Authority. Having considered the contentions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, present writ petition is disposed of with the directions that the Inquiry Officer, as per the impugned order dated 03.04.2018 (Annexure P5) passed by the Principal Secretary to Government of Haryana, Development & Panchayats Department, inquiry shall be conducted and completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
