Learned State counsel submits that husband of petitioner, namely, Sunny Kumar, was called by the police in connection with investigation of case bearing FIR No. 63 dated 30.07.2016, registered at Police Station Sarabha Nagar, Ludhiana for offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of Indian Penal Code and was thereafter let off. The petitioner has got recorded her statement (Annexure R-1/T) to the police that her husband is living with her and she does not want to pursue her application made to Hon'ble Chief Justice of this Court. In view of submission of learned State counsel and reply filed by him, which is supported by statement of petitioner-Harshita, instant petition is disposed of as no further action is required to be taken in this petition.
