**** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondents to allot him paddy for custom milling.

According to the State counsel, paddy may not be any longer available as the season is over. She submits that in case, the petitioner files a fresh application in the next season, same shall be considered as per instructions/Policy.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of with a direction that the petitioner shall be at liberty to file a fresh representation in the next season. Fresh order will be passed thereon. In case, petitioner files any fresh application during the current season, respondents shall be at liberty to consider the same and pass an order.
