This petition has been filed for directing the trial Court for framing the charge as well conclude the trial expeditiously in FIR No.0027 dated 27.01.2021 registered under Section 420 IPC (Sections 120-B, 406 and 34 IPC) at Police Station Model Town Rewari, District Rewari.
