The petitioner prays for issuance of a writ in the nature of of mandamus to direct the respondent No.3 to proceed in accordance with the ASHOK KUMAR 2021.12.07 16:46 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

In essence, the petitioner claims that the competent authority for land acquisition should refer the matter to the Principal Civil Court, having territorial jurisdiction. A short reply has been filed by the competent authority with the assertion that the application(s) of the petitioner are yet to be decided.

Learned counsel representing the competent authority for land acquisition assures the Court that the competent authority will take a final decision within a period of one month from today. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the present petitions are disposed of with a request to the competent authority to take a decision on the application(s) submitted by the petitioner within a period of one month, from today, positively.

All the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, are also disposed of.
