In the present writ petition, the petitioners are praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No.3 to 6 for not sending the petitioners for Lower School Course, 2024, as the petitioners have given their unwillingness to undergo the said course.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that similar issue has already been decided by this Court vide judgment dated 10.03.2026 passed in CWP-7040-2026 titled as 'EHC Kaaraj Singh and others Vs. State of Haryana and others'.
