(Oral) Petitioner is seeking issuance of direction to the respondents to extend the benefit of judgment of this Court passed in CWP No. 10961 of 2012, decided on 28.05.2014 whereby claim of similarly situated employees of Hissar with regard to promotion to the post of Lab Attendant w.e.f 18.11.1997 has been considered. Learned counsel for the petitioner has informed the Court that petitioners in CWP No. 10961 of 2012 have been granted the above said benefit by the respondents.
