In view of the order dated 31.08.2020 passed by this Court in CRM-M-21388-2020, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Juvenile Justice Board under Section 12 of the Juvenile Justice Act, 2015. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
