(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari, for setting aside the notice dated 24.10.2017 (Annexure P-1) issued under Section 13(2) of the Securitization & Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (in short 'the Act') notice dated 23rd February, 2018 (Annexure P-2) issued under Section 13(4) of the Act as well as E-sale auction notice dated 08.08.2018 (Annexure P-3) under Rule 8(5) read with Rule 9(1) of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002 (in short 'the Rules'). A further prayer for staying the sale confirmation of the commercial property of the petitioner as well as restraining the respondent-Bank from taking the possession of the said property during the pendency of the writ petition, has been made. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been compromised and in view thereof he has instructions to withdraw the present writ petition.
