CRWP-6358-2025 -25.
Both the petitioners have claimed themselves to be major relying upon their Aadhar Cards indicating that petitioner No.1-Rakha Rani is 11.03.2000 born and petitioner No.2-Sandeep Kumar is 25.08.1999 born. 6.
Without commenting on the legality and validity of the marriage, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.2 (Senior Superintendent of Police, District Kapurthala, Punjab) to look into the representation dated 11.06.2025 (Annexure P-5) submitted by the petitioners.
7.
Keeping in view the fact that both the petitioners claim to have married, I think that if possible, respondent No.2 may call a meeting of the petitioners as well as respondents No.4 & 5 in his presence, so that the parties get rid off their ill feelings and live amicably. 8.
The petition stands disposed off.
