Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for quashing the supplementary seniority list of Masters / Mistress (SST) dated 16.02.2016 (P-16), whereby seniority of petitioner was not correctly fixed.

At the outset, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, submits that her grievance has been redressed; therefore, she does not want to pursue the present petition any further.

Disposed off accordingly.
