In view of submission of learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with submission that trial Court may be directed to dispose of the case at the earliest.

Dismissed as withdrawn.

Trial Court is directed to expedite trial of the case and try to dispose of the same at the earliest, preferably within a period of four months.
