Amol Rattan Singh, J. (Oral) All the cases listed today have been taken up for hearing by way of video conferencing because of the situation existing due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
By this petition, filed under the provisions of Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks issuance of a direction to respondent nos.1 to 3, to take legal action against the private respondents for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 379 and 409 of the IPC or under the relevant provisions of law.
Though there is some problem in the connection of the learned counsel for the petitioner, however, it is seen that it is a petition in which legal action is sought against respondents no.4 and 5 by the petitioner, with him also seeking that his complaint/representation dated 31.08.2020 (copy Annexure P-5), addressed to the Superintendent of Police, Panipat, be decided.
Consequently, without making any observations whatsoever on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the SP, Panipat, to consider the representation of the petitioner after hearing all the VIKAS CHANDER 2020.11.27 12:37 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
