(ORAL) Petitioners have approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the notices dated 07.11.2015 (Annexure P-1), 04.02.2016 (Annexure P-10) and reply dated 17.02.2016 (Annexure P-9) whereby notices under Section 13(2) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short 'the Act') have been issued by the respondent bank to the petitioners.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal under Section 17 of the Act.
