(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 07.03.2012, the period of the petitioner w.e.f 05.08.1995 to 01.06.2009 was treated as duty for and thus the petitioner was entitled to claim service benefits, as mentioned in his representation dated 05.06.2012.
On a query put by this Court, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no action has been taken on the aforesaid representation till date.
