(Oral) The prayer made in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia for quashing of the notice dated 04.02.2017 (Annexure P-1) and demand notice dated 17.03.2017 (Annexure P-2), issued under Section 13(2) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002 (in short 'the SARFAESI Act, 2002') as well as notice dated 16.06.2017 (Annexure P-3) issued under Section 13(12) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 and also auction notice dated 18.08.2018 (Annexure P-5) under Section 8 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002. Further prayer for staying the auction of the mortgaged property i.e. house of the petitioner, has also been made. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has instructions to withdraw the present writ petition.
