It has been averred in the application that the present applicant, who is appellant No.2 in the main appeal wishes to withdraw the appeal and appellant No.1, who is father of applicant-appellant No.2, has no objection for withdrawal of the main appeal by applicant-appellant No.2. After hearing learned counsel for applicant-appellants and perusing the averments made in the application, which is supported by an affidavit of Mr. Naresh Kumar-applicant-appellant No.2, the Civil Miscellaneous Application is hereby allowed and applicant-appellants are permitted to withdraw the present appeal.
