(Oral) By way of present writ petition, petitioner is seeking quashing of transfer order dated 13.03.2015 (P-10) whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Sub Centre Kawali, PHC Roat, CHC, Firozpur Bangar, Sonipat to Sub Centre Jalapur, CHC Bapoli, Panipat Learned State counsel has informed the Court that the department vide order dated 09.06.2015 has transferred the petitioner at CHC Juan (Sonepat) where her husband is posted. The order dated 09.06.2015 is taken on record as Annexure A-1.
