The petitioner has approached this Court at this belated stage questioning the notification dated 08.04.2015 (P14) whereby the Gram Panchayat of village Rangala, Block Tauru, District Mewat has been bifurcated into two Gram Panchayats. (2)
Since the entire controversy raised by the petitioner is founded upon the factual issues, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to respondent No.1 to treat this writ petition as a representation on behalf of the petitioner and look into the issues raised by him in accordance with law preferably within four months but without affecting the ongoing election process of the Gram Panchayat.
