The petitioner assails final result (Annexure P-3) in respect of recruitment process conducted for the post of 'Sub Inspectors in Technical and Support Services (TSS) Cadre 2021', wherein the petitioner had applied under "Backward Class" Category.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the name of petitioner was not shown in merit list, he filed an appeal (Annexure P-5) addressed to the Chairman, Central Recruitment Board, Technical Support Services Cadre (TSS) with a copy sent to Director General of Police, Punjab Police, but till date the same has not been decided.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already filed an appeal, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 - Director General of Police, Punjab Police, Sector - 9, Chandigarh to look into the PANKAJ KAKKAR 2023.07.31 19:25 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
