The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner against a suitable Group-D post in terms of the Haryana Government notification dated 18.06.2014 (Annexure P-2), along with all consequential benefits flowing therefrom.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if the representation dated 16.01.2026, Anneuxre P-5, of the petitioner PARUL VERMA 2026.05.29 17:41 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

CWP-17988-2026 is decided by respondent No.1 by passing a speaking order in a time bound manner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents No.2 and 3 submits that he has no objection in case a direction is issued to respondent No.1 for time-bound consideration and decision of the representation dated 16.01.2026, Anneuxre P-5, of the petitioner by passing a speaking order. 4.

Therefore, in view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, respondent No.1 is directed to consider the representation dated 16.01.2026, Anneuxre P-5, of the petitioner in light of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 16.04.2026 in Civil Appeal No.1996 of 2024 titled as Madan Singh and others Vs. State of Haryana and others and pass a speaking order, after affording them an opportunity to be heard, within a period of 03 months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order. Further, the decision taken thereof shall be conveyed to the petitioners. Needless to say, if the petitioners are found entitled to the relief sought, the same shall be granted forthwith by respondent No.1. 5.

Disposed of, accordingly.
