Amol Rattan Singh, J (Oral) Without making any comment on the merits of the contention raised by learned counsel for the petitioner on the last date of hearing, to the effect that the petitioner has been named as a co-accused by the person from whom contraband is stated to have been recovered (as per the case of the investigating agency), only because of a grudge between them, though learned State counsel submits that even a complaint with regard to such grudge was given by the father of the petitioner about a month after the FIR was registered; yet, simply keeping in view the fact that the petitioner is stated to have been named allegedly on a disclosure statement made by the prime accused, and the petitioner having joined investigation, the petition is disposed of.
