(Oral) These three petitions are being decided together as identical issues on similar facts arise for consideration therein.

The petitions have been filed inter alia seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the office order dated 27.05.2025, passed by the second respondent on the subject, 'Reversion from the Post of Elementary School Head Master (ESHM)'.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that operation of the impugned reversion order has been stayed by the Appellate Authority/Director General, Elementary Education, vide letter dated 30.06.2025 which reads as under:
An order dated 27.05.2025 was issued by the competent authority, wherein 330 ESHMs were reverted to their previous posts.
Subsequently, several of the affected ESHMs have submitted individual representations/appeals before the undersigned. The matter is currently under active examination. In light of the pending representation, the operation of the reversion order dated 27.05.2025 is hereby stayed till further order. Accordingly, all the concerned District Elementary Education Officers (DEEOs) are hereby directed to ensure that no further action is taken in compliance with the reversion orders dated 27.05.2025, until specific instructions are issued by this office.
This may be treated as most urgent.
He also submits that a fresh order is to be passed by the Director after reconsideration of the issue which will be conveyed to the affected parties, including the petitioners.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press the petitions and seeks liberty to approach this Court again in case they remain aggrieved with the fresh order passed by the Director. 5.
Disposed of with the liberty prayed for.
