State of Haryana has filed two action taken reports, i.e. one by Additional Secretary to Government, Haryana, Revenue and Disaster Management Department and another by Director, Skill Development and Industrial Training Department, Haryana which are taken on record. It is averred in para 6 of the status report filed by the Revenue and Disaster Management Department that the Deputy Commissioner, Sonipat has got registered FIR No.30 dated 10.01.2018 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC at Police Station City, Sonipat against the person who was found not qualified as Draftsman. The other Deputy Commissioners are also Meenu 2018.01.30 13:37 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh taking action for identifying the persons who are not qualified Draftsmen,

[2] Since comprehensive directions have already been issued by this Court vide order dated 21.11.2017, the instant writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition alongwith documents prepared by a qualified person with further directions to all the Deputy Commissioners in State of Haryana to ensure that no unqualified person is allowed to provide professional services like Architects, draftsman etc.. The action taken reports by all the Deputy Commissioners shall be filed with Registrar General of this Court before 30.04.2018.

[3] Similar action taken reports shall be submitted by all the Deputy Commissioners from state of Punjab as well as by the Deputy Commissioner, UT,Chandigarh. Likewise, separate action taken reports be submitted by the respective Directors, Skill Development and Industrial Training Department of States of Punjab, Haryana and UT, Chandigarh also.
