Learned State counsel has informed that the appellant has already been acquitted by the trial Court vide order dated 23.08.2024, passed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Special Court, Sonipat. As such, the instant appeal has been rendered infructuous. Copy of the case status of District Court, Sonipat, has been submitted in the Court today, which is taken on record.
