The present petition is directed against the order dated 11.07.2019 passed by the District Judge, Tarn Taran (for short - the Trial Court), through which the petitioner-husband has been directed to pay the respondent-wife Rs.4,000/- per month as interim maintenance and one time litigation expenses @ Rs.10,000/-.
Though the area and sale consideration has not been disclosed, learned counsel for the petitioner admits that the petitioner did own and possess agricultural land which he sold two years ago. It is further admitted that presently, the petitioner is doing agricultural work by taking land on lease. That being so, no error is found with the order of the Trial Court directing the petitioner to pay the respondent-wife Rs.4,000/- per month as interim maintenance and one time litigation expenses @ Rs.10,000/- during MONIKA 2019.09.17 17:59 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
