**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Learned counsel submits that the petitioner was temporarily attached in Sub Division No. 2, Karnal due to water campaigning vide letter dated 31.07.2015. Thereafter, the petitioner was transferred from Karnal to Nuh and then from Nuh to Sub Division, Nilokheri. Learned counsel submits that now the project is over and the petitioner be transferred back to Sub Division Nilokheri-I. In view of the above factual position, this petition, at this stage is being disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, by giving a direction to respondents to treat this petition as representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks.
