Limited grievance of the petitioner is that his petition under section 13-A of the Punjab Village Common Land (Regulations) Act, 1961is pending before respondent no. 2.

Notice of motion.

Mr. Raman Sharma, Addl. A. G. Haryana has put in appearance and accepts notice on behalf of official respondent(s). He submits that matter is pending before the authority on 23.12.2020. Petitioner, however, has an apprehension that he would be dispossessed forcibly. In order to allay this apprehension, we direct the Collector to prepone the date of hearing of the application of the case to first week of December and decide the application forthwith. In view of above, no further adjudication of the matter is necessary. Disposed off.
