Gidderbaha, District Sri Muktsar Sahib; whereby application filed by the petitioner under Order 33 Rule 1 and 2 CPC read with Section 151 CPC seeking rejection of the plaint, has been allowed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present Revision Petition has been rendered infructuous, as the learned Family Court has granted divorce to both the parties under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act.
