The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent No.2Registrar General, Haryana to decide his appeal dated 19.04.2026 and application dated 10.02.2026 in a time bound manner. He is further praying that operation of orders dated 08.04.2026 and 26.09.2025 may be kept in abeyance.

The petitioner is a resident of Mayfield Gardens, Gurugram. He approached District Registrar, Gurugram assailing increase in the maintenance charges. District Registrar vide order dated 26.12.2025 dismissed his claim. He filed appeal before respondent No.3-State Registrar which was dismissed vide order dated 08.04.2026. He thereafter preferred appeal before respondent No.2-Registrar General which is still pending adjudication. He has also preferred application dated 10.02.2026 before respondent No.2 seeking inquiry into the affairs of the Society/RWA but the same has not been decided till date. Learned State Counsel submits that Registrar General would decide petitioner's appeal within six weeks from today. 4.

Petitioner who appears in person agrees to the aforesaid arrangement.
