Petitioner prays for parole for house repair. According to learned counsel, petitioner has old parents and house is in dilapidated condition.

Reply by way of affidavit of Sanjeev Patter, Superintendent, Central Jail-II, Hisar has been filed in court. Same is taken on record. Learned State counsel submits that present petition shall be treated as a representation on behalf of the petitioner and fresh order shall be passed after considering averments made therein. Needful shall be done within two weeks from today.
