At this stage, learned State counsel assisted by learned counsel for respondent No.2/complainant submits that, during the period the petitioner was on interim bail, another FIR No.0099 dated 21.02.2022 under Sections 195-A, 323, 34, 354, 354-B, 365, 506 IPC and Section 3 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, at Police Station Israna, District Panipat, Haryana, has been registered against him.
